    MSC USD15000/UNIT If the following situations occur, our company will charge USD15,000 / box for false declaration of dangerous goods (this fee has been effective since 2019) :
    Dangerous goods declaration must be made at the booking stage and approved by the shipping company. Any discrepancy between the B/L sample and the submitted dangerous goods declaration information will incur a dangerous goods false declaration fee. This fee does not in any way limit any other penalties or charges arising from misreporting and shall be borne by the Shipper.
    Please refer to the following circumstances (including but not limited to) which will be deemed as "misdeclaration" : misstatement or omission of classification and name number of dangerous goods; Misstating the name of the goods; Misreporting flash points (more than plus or minus 5 degrees Celsius); Misstatement of packing category (which has an effect on loading category); Packaging error or use of packaging that does not comply with IMO standards; Misload or divide cargo in a container.
    If a container booked with a non-dangerous goods declaration is found to be dangerous goods after departure, a Dangerous Goods false declaration fee will be charged. This fee shall not in any way limit any other penalty or expense arising from the omission and shall be borne by the Shipper.
    ZIM USD12000/unit Since DG department does not verify the nature of the goods one by one, if your goods contain MSDS, please confirm whether they are DG or DG by yourself, and indicate it in the email. Then please give the relevant MSDS and the attachment of the non dangerous letter of guarantee to keep a copy when booking the space.
    If it is self confirmed as non DG (please specify if it has batteries, and indicate whether it contains lithium batteries, new batteries or old batteries, for example: it is self confirmed that it is non dangerous goods, including batteries, lithium batteries, new batteries), if the position is OK and there is a valid price, it can be put into the warehouse.
    If it is confirmed to be DG by itself, DG APPLICATION will be provided. After filling in relevant information, DG department will be further verified whether it can be accepted.
    In case of concealment or misstatement, a fine of 12000 USD per container will be imposed.
